Before You Enquire

Common questions about getting started.

Do you charge for site visits?

No. The site visit is how we assess the court's condition and develop an accurate scope of works. There is no charge for the visit or for the written proposal. We don't quote over the phone because no two courts present the same: the base condition, drainage, surface type, and surrounding environment all affect what's needed.

How long does a site visit take?

Most site visits take 30 to 45 minutes. We'll assess the base condition, surface wear, drainage, fencing, and any specific concerns you've raised. If you're present during the visit, we'll walk through our preliminary observations with you before we leave. If you're not available, we'll document everything in the written proposal.

How quickly can you start?

Most resurfacing jobs book 4 to 6 weeks ahead. If you have a specific campaign date, renovation programme, or event in mind, tell us in your enquiry message and we'll advise on availability. Pre-sale and time-sensitive jobs are given priority scheduling where possible.
